Fall (Must Do) Dessert Recipes

As the year dwindles by, we come closer and closer to Fall. Leaves falling, beautifully colored scenery, and tasty Fall flavors like pumpkin and cinnamon! So as we transition from Summer to Fall, we want you to enjoy the cozy flavors as much as we do with these 4 delicious recipes.

Microwave Fudge:

Ingredients:

  • 12 oz. of chocolate chips
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 1 ½ cup of chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract.

First, mix the chocolate chips and condensed milk and microwave for 5 minutes in a microwave safe bowl. Then, while you are stirring, add the chopped nuts and vanilla extract. Finally, spread the gooey mixture into an 8-inch square pan lined with our Non-stick Liner Roll, refrigerate, and enjoy! Just try not to eat the entire pan in one sitting!

Mocha Mousse:

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate pudding mix (4 oz.)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ¼ cup of brewed coffee
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. of vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips (as a garnish)

First, mix the milk, coffee, and pudding mix into a bowl. In another bowl, beat the whipped cream with the sugar and vanilla until the mixture is nice and smooth. To make things easier, use our Cooks Innovations Zip Whisk. This unique tool allows you to whisk like a pro! And all you have to do is push the handle down.

Next, stir a third of the whipped cream into the pudding and then gently fold the rest in. Now we can spoon the mousse into fancy (or not so fancy, it’s your choice) glasses and refrigerate.

Once you are ready to serve the delicious dessert add on a little bit of whipped cream and a few chocolate chips on top as a garnish!

Apple Oatmeal Cookies:

Ingredients:

1 cup of flour

1 tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt

½ cup butter (softened)

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 ¾ cup oats

1 apple (peeled and chopped)

First step is to mix the flour, baking soda, and cinnamon into a bowl. Once that is done you can start adding in the rest of the ingredients. Mix all of the ingredients well until your end result is a nice thick dough. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. Next, we suggest you skip greasing the pan all together by using the Cooks Innovations Non-Stick Liner Roll. This convenient liner can be cut to whatever size you need and the cookies will slide right off!

The final step is to bake the cookies for 12 to 14 minutes and remove them to cool. Now all you have to do is jump in and enjoy your new favorite cookie!

Pumpkin Martini:

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tbsp. pumpkin puree

¼ tsp. of cinnamon

2 tbsp. of half and half

3 tbsp. of vanilla vodka

Start off by mixing the cinnamon and the sugar into a flat plate. Wet the rim of your martini glass, dip it into the sweet, sugary mix and give it a little twits to ensure the rim is completely coated. Next, fill your drink shaker with ice. Add in the maple syrup, half and half, pumpkin puree, and vodka. Now all you have to do is shake, shake, shake, pour, and sip your way into the Fall season.
